Al Turki Residence

“Cascade Pavilion”

Essence
Al Turki’s residence concept is composed around living water. The courtyard pool and the luminous aquarium at the stair act as one continuous current, moving through warm woods, carved, space seperation, sliding panels, and rough stone walls. The mood is restorative yet social: crafted, biophilic, and unmistakably bespoke.

Architectural Idea
Life in this residence is organized along a promenade that edges the courtyard. A sweeping helix stair wraps the aquarium, turning vertical circulation into ritual. Joinery becomes architecture, cabinets framing media and art, fluted/laser-etched panels conceal storage and doors, a stone wall creating a dramatically lit passageway.

Design DNA
Disciplined maximalism: different textures, deeply crafted. Biophilic keystones paired with cultural geometry. A Hospitality concept planning for everyday routines, and, above all, bespoke solutions with pieces designed specifically for their context and purpose and never by accident.
