A Reinterpretation of Classical Sophistication
AAS residence interior presents a considered evolution of classic design principles, drawing from the refined traditions of French decorative arts while introducing a contemporary precision in material selection and layout. The project unfolds through a formal and informal spaces, each unified by a disciplined aesthetic language rooted in symmetry, proportion, and tonal harmony.
The palette is deliberately restrained yet rich. deep oak, warm creams, and brushed metals are applied across intricate paneling, tailored upholstery, and bespoke joinery.
Modern interventions, such as backlit shelving, custom lighting fixtures, and modern furniture are introduced not to disrupt but to sharpen the classic vocabulary, updating it without dilution.
This residence design concept pays homage to the legacy of 20th-century French masters such as Jacques Grange and Jean-Michel Frank, whose work continues to inspire through its blend of refinement and restraint. Here, the classic becomes contemporary through measured reinterpretation.
