A Classic Salon Reimagined
This project presents a refined interpretation of classical design, drawing from European salon traditions . The spatial composition is symmetrical and hierarchical.
The palette is rooted in warm neutrals; ivory, champagne, and beige tones, layered with gilded accents and cherry wood to evoke a sense of regal serenity
Wall panelling and crown moulding are executed with precision, showcasing artisanal detailing. The custom furniture, hand-carved and upholstered in damasks and silks, anchors and supports the rhythm of the room without disrupting its visual harmony. Decorative mirrors, classical paintings, and antique accessories, establish further the room’s cultural vocabulary.
Marble flooring, bordered with black and gold inlays, introduces a sense of timeless elegance. In the adjoining powder room, the use of symmetry and repetition through mirrored reflections and ceiling ornamentation heightens the immersive, almost theatrical quality of the space.
Ultimately, the design celebrates luxury through discipline, composed and intentionally restrained, echoing an era where elegance was inseparable from order.
