Sedra Avenue Mall rises in the heart of Jubail as a sculptural expression of memory, progress, and belonging. its a commercial destination with a story rooted in the land’s heritage and reaching toward its evolving identity.
The architecture echoes Jubail’s pearl-diving past and mountainous coastline. The façade flows in organic patterns, fluid curves drawn from nature and carved with biophilic textures reminiscent of shells, seafoam, and sediment. Locally sourced stone and nacre-tinted glass reflect the coast’s mineral glow, creating a visual rhythm that feels both native and new.
Natural light pours into a central atrium where the indoors fuses with the outdoors. Lush planting, filtered light, and layered transparency evoke a promenade through a landscape. Sustainable elements, solar arrays, smart systems, and open-air zones, underscore a conscious commitment to the environment.
