Matar Tower
Matar Tower unfolds as a sculptural composition of contrast and clarity. The public areas and typical corridors were conceived to assert a commanding presence while remaining precise and composed. A spatial identity that speaks in polished silence.
At the core of the design concept is a deep dialogue between light and dark, matte and gloss. Vast planes of honed white and black marble create graphic tension, while brushed bronze, warm wood, and backlit paneling introduce moments of glow and gravity.
The walls are treated as architectural reliefs, gridded, recessed, and layered to create rhythm and subtle dimensionality. Circulation spaces are discovery tunnels, where corridors act as immersive experiences with Precision lighting, bespoke signage and curated textures guiding both orientation and emotion.
Matar Tower’s public areas are designed to reflect both its strategic design direction and emotional resonance .
